Access denied to view listings

hi

I created a menu button to link the ultisng properties. I put ''ulisting/listing'' as the link path.

Now, when i try view the page, it give the error ''You are not authorised to view this page''. When i log in as admin, only then does it let me view this page.

*How do i allow general website viewers to view listings via this menu button i have created?

*How do i remove the ''welcome to ulisting'' message on the page of the listings?

another issue im having, is the min and max price of the search form. I have changed the values to 500-3000, however the array list for both min and max fields go all teh way up to 4999,750.

*How do i make the array stop at 3000?
